Lauralee Samouce
Executive for Quality Management
Lauralee Samouce is the Savantage Executive for Quality Management. In this role, she directs the company’s corporate quality and compliance initiatives, aligning internal operations with rigorous industry frameworks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, audit-ready financial and IT solutions.
Prior to Savantage, Lauralee spent over two decades directing compliance, quality assurance, and risk mitigation across complex defense environments. As a United States Army veteran and senior civilian leader, she managed multi-billion-dollar portfolios in senior roles including Director of Financial Management for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center and Comptroller for U.S. Forces Korea. Her expertise in operational risk mitigation is further anchored by expeditionary assignments conducting risk evaluations in Bosnia and serving as a Senior Ministerial Advisor to Afghanistan’s Inspectors General.
Lauralee graduated from Western New England University with an MBA, the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy with a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy and is a Harvard Senior Executive Fellow. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
