Vonetta Vaughan
Executive for Quality Management
Ms. Vaughan is responsible for overseeing Savantage’s quality management. She leads the company’s key quality management initiatives, such as maintaining its Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV) Level 3 and Internal Organization of Standards (ISO) 9001:2015 certifications. She spearheads the pursuit of new and improved standards to promote continuous growth and efficiency. Ms. Vaughan directs initiatives that ensure Savantage’s commitment to high quality are executed in the operational aspects of the business, as well as in the delivery of exceptional services to its customers.
Ms. Vaughan joined the Savantage team in 2005 and spent her early years with the organization providing financial system implementation and program management support for federal government contracts. Prior to joining Savantage, Ms. Vaughan worked for IBM in a similar capacity; leading system implementations and providing program management office support. Her early career was in auditing and financial management.
