Tom Keeley
Executive for Business Development
Tom Keeley, with over twenty-five years’ experience in marketing and customer relations, is responsible for leading business development efforts for Savantage Solutions across the Federal Government, for both civilian agencies and the DoD. With a strategic focus, Mr. Keeley oversees all aspects of business development efforts for Savantage.
Since joining Savantage in 2011, Mr. Keeley has led successful business development efforts for multiple large IDIQs and BPAs where Savantage has been awarded a prime contract, such as the U.S. Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services (ITES-3S), U.S. Army Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services (RS3), USDA Shared Services Lines of Business Solutions (SSLoBS), and Defense Logistics Agency J6 Enterprise Technology Services (DLA JETS).
Prior to joining Savantage, Mr. Keeley spent over a decade doing institutional sales for two investment banks, Howe Barnes Hoeffer and Arnett & FBR Capital Markets. Mr. Keeley advised portfolio managers from prominent hedge funds, mutual funds, and insurance companies with investment research. He also raised capital for companies through 144A private placement offerings, IPOs, and secondary capital raises for existing publicly traded companies. Mr. Keeley specialized in Banks and Financial Services, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITS), Consumer Products, Industrials, and Defense Companies.
Mr. Keeley earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
